Washable/Reusable Menstrual Pads

Four sets of washable menstrual pads, come with cloth bags for you to keep the pads dry and clean. When you have a period, for one person, 2-3 sets should be enough. However, it depends how often you wash them for the next use. This is an only initiative and practical action for anyone who would like to buy or to make some pads for themselves - it is very easy to make and to use them. It is very friendly for our environment and the world; we can actually help reducing uses of deposable stuff!

Tumble Doll ตุ๊กตาล้มลุก: ทำสร้างเศษกระดาษ โดยมีดินนำ้มันปั้นเป็นแบบ และใช้กาวลาแท็กซ์กับเศษกระ​ดาษที่ฉีกเป็นช้ินเล็กๆ แปะทับซ้อนกันไปเรื่อยๆ เป็นชั้นหนาจนสร้างลอกออกจา​กแบบตั้งต้นดินนำ้มันได้ค่ะ​ จะได้ออกมาคล้ายๆ กับกะลา ทำแยกส่วนช้ินบนล่าง เมื่อทำเสร็จจึงทำมาประกอบก​ัน และแปะกระดาษทับอีกที อย่าลืมใส่ดินนำ้มันก้อนเล็​กๆ ด้านล่างข้างในเพื่อเป็นศูน​ย์ถ่วงให้ตุ๊กตา จากนั้น ตกแต่งด้วยกระดาษสี หรือสีอะคริลิกตามต้องการค่​ะ :)

A Simple But Powerful Story About 'Grass': A Smell of Happiness

First of all, I want to thank June, my best friend who gave me a magazine 'Think - Creative Thailand' to me to read. Also, thanks to Pi Ting who sparks and shares ideas and knowledge, which are simple but so powerful.

Many of you might have read and known about this story already, but you forgot it. Thus, I would love to tell this again about a simple but wonderful little thing about 'grass.'

Scientists claim the smell of freshly cut grass can relive stress, make you fell happy, and could prevent mental decline in old age. They claim the lawn's smell works directly on the brain, in particular the emotional and memory parts. Now, some people have developed a perfume, which 'smells like a freshy-cut lawn.'
