Beauty in a small thing!

This weekend, I would like to introduce you a fun artistic activity, making a rubber stamper! It's very easy to create one and then you can use to stamp, showing many colorful shapes and pictures on any paper, journal, letter, card, and vice versa. What you need are only: an eraser (it could be a new one or used one, and you don't really it anymore), a cutter, and ink pens.

(1)

Start with thinking of any kind of figure you like and then draw on the eraser, which you have cut it in to a small bar already. Use the cutter cutting on the line you drew sharply, but remember that it should not be to deep and too shallow, then cut off the rest - around the shape that you want. Then prepare your ink pens!

I've created here as a sample. You might use any color that you like painting on the eraser then stamp on any paper-based objects you like. Most of the shapes I did are about nature, such as flowers, leaves, and a mushroom.

Many kinds and color of pens that you can use, and actually I believe they are rolling in your bag, or on your working desk. You have had it. So it's good you don't have to buy, na. :o)

You can use than one color to create your own style on the paper, OR you can mix the color within one stamper! That will help you to create a different perspective. Please see the following pictures.

Hope you may have some time to do this activity, it's really pleasure. I have definitely found some beauty in it. Beauty that can be found in a small thing. A moment that makes you smile. Have a nice weekend, nakha!
